Where can I buy a Motorstep?
A Motorstep is available directly from us here at Motorstep HQ. Simply call us on 01296 709630 from the UK or +44 2196 709630 if you are outside of the UK. Or you can email us on info@motorstep.net or even call in to visit - but please make an appointment so we can make sure we’re free to talk to you!
How much does it cost to ship a Motorstep?
Shipping costs £24.95-£29.95 across the UK depending on the model, and at very reasonable rates to the rest of the world.

Do you do home demonstrations?
Depending on your location, we can visit your home in the United Kingdom. We also have a demonstration area at our UK factory for customers to try out the Motorstep at a mock up of
a caravan/motorhome entrance. Contact us for more details.

Can the Motorstep be shipped abroad?
Yes we ship the Motorstep all over the world at very reasonable shipping rates. We currently have distributors in the USA, Australia and New Zealand with more countries coming soon.

Do I have to pay VAT on my Motorstep?
The Motorstep is VAT exempt in the UK for registered disabled people or people with a chronic illness that stops them carrying out an everyday task. Any Motorstep shipped outside the UK is also VAT free but may be subject to local taxes and duties in the resident’s country.
